The text in 8'000 sloka (verses) includes 32 chapters outlining the meaning and the significance of the trancendantal knowledge, it's pratice, the qualities flowing from it, its supremacy over other Paramita, the bodhisattva's qualifications, his training, his role and tasks, Vacuity, Methods or skillfull means of compassion and some prophecies.
